Gergely Galamb is a former Senior Manager for Lithium-Ion Battery Systems at Robert Bosch GmbH. His later role in Organizational Development at Bosch laid the groundwork for founding Leadership21 GmbH. Today he works as an Organizational Change Manager and leadership trainer, specializing in human-centered leadership development for the era of AI-driven collaboration.
