This is a unique opportunity to bring your ideas to life at Lead26 and lead the conversations that matter most to you – no presentations, just interactive discussions and fresh ideas driven by you and your peers.

What is an Unconference? 

An Unconference is a participant-driven event where the agenda is created by those attending. Instead of pre-set presentations, everyone is invited to propose topics, lead discussions, and actively contribute. The focus is on open exchange, collaboration, and learning from one another. v

As a Topic Provider: 

  1. Submit your topic using Mentimeter (see button below). 
  1. Pitch your topic at 13:45. 
  1. Connect with your visual facilitator and rock your session! 

As a Participant: 

  1. Listen to the topic pitches and vote for your favorites at 13:50. 
  1. Join your chosen breakout sessions and take part in the result pitches at 14:20 and 14:50.

13: 45 – Topic voting (the top 8 topics are selected and discussed in breakout sessions)
14:00 – Topic discussion 1 14:20 – Result pitches

Rules of the Unconference 

  • Whoever comes are the right people. 
  • Whatever happens is the only thing that could have. 
  • Whenever it starts is the right time. 
  • When it’s over, it’s over. 
  • The Law of Two Feet: If you are not learning or contributing, use your two feet to find a place where you can. 

 

What’s Expected from Participants 

  • Active Participation: Suggest topics, ask questions, share experiences, or simply listen and learn. 
  • Openness & Respect: Value every contribution. Listen actively and engage constructively. 
  • Responsibility: Help create a safe, inclusive, and productive environment. 
  • Flexibility: Embrace the dynamic, evolving agenda.

Religious debates 

Any subject that violates the values of respect, inclusion, and professionalism
