Stephanie is a managing director and the global head of agile transformation within UBS AG. She has over 28 years of experience in managing large organizations through change. Prior to joining UBS, she work as a managing consultant across several industries including pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, aviation and telecommunication. She has worked and lived in over ten countries across Europe, Asia and the Americas. Stephanie speaks seven languages and has a great curiosity for travelling, cooking and dancing.
