Since May 2022, he is serving as the CEO of bexio AG in Rapperswil, a leading SaaS provider in Switzerland. With over 25 years of experience, Markus brings extensive expertise from founding and leading various startups, as well as holding management positions in international companies. He is currently guiding bexio AG through its transformation from a startup to a scale-up. Under his leadership, the company has demonstrated strong growth over the past three years, expanding from 80 to over 240 employees and increasing its customer base from 42,000 to over 90,000. In addition to his role as CEO, Markus Naef holds several board mandates, including serving on the boards of ewl AG and Keyros AG. He is known as a goal-oriented and results-driven “doer,” as well as a strong communicator, natural, and team-oriented leader.
