Biography.

I am passionate about understanding the business requirements and meet or even surpass their needs with well designed processes and digital solutions.
I have been in the IT of Bühler since the year 2000. In the first 15 years the main challenge and responsibility was to standardize our global business processes and create a global SAP solution to support the same. After that I took over the responsibility for all Business Processes and Business Applications. In the meantime we have a very good, tidied up base to harvest further benefits with digitalization initiatives within Bühler but also for our customers and business partners. It shows that all our activities demand more and more agile organization principles. We have set a goal to transform the way of working with Bühler IT (this is where my passion for agility is coming from).
I studied Business Administration (HWZ, Zürich) and just recently finished my Executive Master in Business Engineering (HSG, St. Gallen).
