Building Change Readiness: The Missing Link in Transformation Success

In today’s fast-paced and unpredictable business environment, nearly 70% of transformation efforts fail—not because of poor strategy, but because of human barriers like resistance, change fatigue, and lack of ownership. The missing link? Change readiness—starting with the individual. This keynote presents a science-based, scalable framework to assess and enhance change readiness across organizations by integrating mindset analysis, behavioral stance, and organizational capacity. At the heart of the approach is the Eyewear Model™, a cognitive-behavioral tool that uncovers and helps shift the nine mental models that shape how people perceive and react to change—from the Doer and Dreamer to the Inspector, Savior, and Pessimist. Participants will be introduced to the Change Readiness Score (CRS)—a composite metric that combines mindset agility, change stance, and enabling conditions such as leadership support, psychological safety, and trust. The model creates visual heatmaps and mindset segmentations, empowering leaders and change agents to develop precise, actionable strategies across individual, team, and organizational levels. Through live diagnostics, compelling storytelling, and practical reflection, this session will equip participants with new tools to lead more effectively through transformation, complexity, and cultural shifts.
